All work will be performed in accordance with applicable codes and standards.

3. Estimates and Payments

• Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if  project scope changes. 
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees. 
• Customer is responsible for providing safe access to the work area.
